1. Who we are
Visionary Dominions (“we”, “us”) is a software engineering and enterprise architecture company based in South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information you send us, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
2. What this website collects
Nothing, by itself. The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify visitors.
If you accept the notice shown on your first visit, your browser stores your colour theme so the site looks the same next time. That setting stays in your browser and is never sent to us. If you choose not to, only your choice itself is stored, so the notice doesn’t reappear.
3. When you contact us
The contact form does not send anything. It drafts an email in your own mail app, which you choose whether to send. Once you send it, we receive your name, email address and whatever you chose to write.
We use that information to reply, to discuss possible work with you, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for no more than 36 months, unless we go on to work together, in which case the normal records of that work apply.
5. Your rights
Under POPIA you may:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to how we process it
- complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa
